Position Overview:

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management of equipment as well telecoms pre-fabricated poles.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a warehouse supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced logistics environment, preferably within the telecoms or technology industry.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines for warehouse environments.
Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
